Pay

Hourly rates starting at $17/hour + quarterly bonuses + 30% rent discount. Eligible for a $1000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
• Cleaning pet waste stations.
• Trashing out apartments.
• Light painting and housekeeping tasks.
• Supporting maintenance as needed.
• Daily recurring tasks such as litter and pet waste removal.
• Operating equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers.
• Planting, weeding, and maintaining outdoor spaces.

Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
• Using hand tools and operating equipment.
• Frequently bending and stooping for outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Working outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity).
• Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
