Porter / Groundskeeper

About the role

Porter/Groundskeepers are essential members of our team, responsible for keeping our communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

- Picking up trash and debris - Cleaning pet waste stations - Trashing out apartments - Daily tasks like picking up litter and pet waste - Repetitive tasks requiring prolonged periods of standing and walking - Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more - Operating hand tools and equipment (backpack blowers, power washers) - Operating golf carts/trailers - Performing maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and outdoor space upkeep - Working in conditions with loud noise levels and potentially inclement weather

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in groundskeeping or similar role preferred - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Valid driver's license

Pay & Schedule

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses. Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing.
