Porter / Groundskeeper

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Porter to join our team at Bexley Summerhill in Atlanta, GA. The role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work. Porters are essential members of our team, keeping our communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris
• Clean pet waste stations
• Trash out apartments
• Perform daily, recurring tasks like picking up litter and pet waste
• Operate equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or more
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Bend, stoop, and work in noisy conditions
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
