Porter/Groundskeeper

About the role

Responsible for maintaining grounds and facilities at the company’s headquarters. Duties include landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities in a clean and safe condition.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and mowing.
• Handle snow removal and ice management during winter months.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in groundskeeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques.
• Basic computer skills for tracking tasks and communicating with supervisors.
