Position Overview
As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of our upscale community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the community, adhering to established standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC filter changes, storm drain and sewer cleanout, and lubricating, oiling, greasing, and checking mechanical systems.
- Assist in landscaping for the community.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they are move-in ready.
- Respond to and complete resident service requests promptly.
- Comply with company and community operating, safety policies, and federal, state, and local laws.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in the field, with maintenance experience considered a plus.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service as part of a community team dedicated to a high-quality living environment.
