Porter/Front Desk Agent - The Lodge at Bryce Canyon
About the role
As a Hospitality Worker I, you will ensure guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Book reservations and coordinate registration
- Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
- Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements
- Previous guest services experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Physical Demands
- Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
- May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
