About the role
Responsible for cleaning and overall daily upkeep of the venue, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. This role is vital in maintaining the venue’s readiness for events, particularly during the concert season from May to October.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
- Keep all guest-facing areas free of trash and debris.
- Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Ensure the venue is show-ready before fans arrive each night.
- Stock all necessary items before guests enter the venue.
- Maintain venue safety by cleaning up spills promptly.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after shows.
- Ensure guests’ seats are clean from any debris before doors open.
- Display a “heart of service” attitude in all interactions.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform basic maintenance and service.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, and occasional sitting.
- No prior cleaning experience necessary; motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work 60% of the 30-40 shows during the concert season (May–October).
