Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics of company facilities
• Assist with vehicle fleet management
• Prepare meeting and training rooms
• Perform minor maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or similar role
• Experience with driving pick-up trucks (F150 & F250) and towing small utility trailers
• General housekeeping and maintenance skills
• Valid driver's license
• Occasional weekend work and overnight travel as required
• Flexible schedule to come in for early meetings and late events
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

• General housekeeping and maintenance experience
• Experience setting up and tearing down meeting and training rooms
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Skills

• Driving pick-up trucks (F150 & F250)

• Minor plumbing, light bulb replacements, touch-up painting, and other minor maintenance tasks
