Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics of company facilities
- Assist with vehicle fleet management
- Prepare meeting and training rooms
- Perform minor maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or similar role
- Experience with driving pick-up trucks (F150 & F250) and towing small utility trailers
- General housekeeping and maintenance skills
- Valid driver's license
- Occasional weekend work and overnight travel as required
- Flexible schedule to come in for early meetings and late events
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

- General housekeeping and maintenance experience
- Experience setting up and tearing down meeting and training rooms
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Skills
- Driving pick-up trucks (F150 & F250)

- Minor plumbing, light bulb replacements, touch-up painting, and other minor maintenance tasks
