Responsibilities

• Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage. Empty ash urns daily and trash receptacles at ½ full or higher. Sweep litter and cigarette butts from common landing area.
• Use a mop or power washer to eliminate stains from liquid spills. Wipe signage and wayfinding materials with cleaning solutions and cloths.
• Maintain general cleaning of the garage with a mobile garbage can, broom, and dustpan. Use paint-safe solutions or power washers to remove stains from pillars and columns.
• Empty returned guest key receptacles at each exit and return to the Towne Park MOD. Power wash areas as needed.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries. Provide information about the surrounding area and main attractions. Protect guest confidentiality according to HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer service experience preferred

• Understand 24-hour and military time systems
• Understand rates applicable to time passed
• Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
• Understand basic general cleaning

Pay

The hourly base pay is $15.50 per hour.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position is Monday–Friday with flexibility between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
