About the role

This position supports general operations of our service department in a variety of tasks to help the day to day pace of the dealership.

Schedule

Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat 7:30 am–5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Transporting customers to and from dealership within the area
• Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles
• Vacuuming and assisting in washing process of customer vehicles
• Check in Rental Cars
• Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Team player attitude
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent follow through skills
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
