About the role

Immediate hire opportunity for a Part Time Apartment Porter at Bluegrass Villas in Owensboro, KY.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
• Keeps up all public access and interior areas in an attractive, comfortable condition, including daily tidying, trash removal, and cleaning.
• Assists other maintenance team members and performs light maintenance tasks as directed, such as painting on turns/make-readies, assisting with work tickets, placing work area signage, etc.
• Aids in the preparation of market-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments prior to turn/make-ready (trash outs).

Requirements

• Pre-employment screenings required, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time during the year-round schedule.

Pay

$14.00-$16.00 per hour.
