About the role

The World Class Automotive Group, part of Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group, is seeking individuals for the position of Service Valet / Service Assistant at Planet Ford. Located in Texas, the company is experiencing rapid growth through dealership acquisitions and business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate service bay, and ensuring their vehicles are attended to promptly.
• Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Handle inventory and supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the service area.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of relevant experience in automotive service or similar field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
