About the role
The Groundskeeper at ZRS is responsible for maintaining the property, including buildings, breezeways, common areas, and amenities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings and breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
- Sweep and/or blow debris from common areas and buildings
- Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings
- Walk the property monthly
- Pressure wash buildings
- Prepare market-ready units
- Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities
- Maintain compactor area to be free from debris
