Responsibilities
- Maintains facilities are kept clean, organized and in good repair; light housekeeping may be necessary.
- Refills and tidies clubhouse beverage service station.
- Cleans community vehicles on a weekly basis and as needed.
- Checks the bathrooms for cleanliness regularly. If necessary, restocks toilet paper and/or other supplies.
- Aids in setting up mini models and ensures units are clean and tidy for daily showings.
- Works with maintenance supervisor to ensure resident service requests and concerns are handled in a timely manner.
- May complete chlorine checks as scheduled and requested.
- Checks the pool regularly for leaves and other debris. If debris is present in the pool, uses the skimmer to remove it as soon as possible.
- Straights and cleans pool furniture as needed throughout the day.
- Checks the level of the pool water periodically – especially on extra hot days. If the water level is beneath regular levels, be sure to add water.
- Performs on-call emergency service, as required.
- Aids in setting up mini models and ensures units are clean and tidy for daily showings.
- Works with maintenance supervisor to ensure resident service requests and concerns are handled in a timely manner.
- Walks ready units daily and uses spiff kit as needed to maintain a clean unit.
- Maintains open communication with Property Manager.
- Represents Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
- Aids other staff members as needed.
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed.
Requirements
Our standard schedule is Monday through Friday, but occasional weekend work may be required to support property needs or respond to emergencies. Schedules may change from time to time, with or without advance notice, based on business requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School or GED
- Minimum Experience: 1 Year
