Roles

  • Teacher Floater - Head Start Preschool & Early Head Start
    • Minimum of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field, with at least 4 courses in child development
    • Classroom experience with preschool children preferred
    • $19.75 per hour with an associate’s degree
    • $21.13 per hour with a bachelor’s degree
  • Teacher Assistant Floater
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
    • Must obtain CDA within 2 years (company-paid)
    • Classroom experience with preschool children preferred
    • $15.50 per hour with an HS Diploma or GED
    • $16.12 per hour with a CDA
    • $16.97 per hour with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field
  • Teacher Assistant (Part-Time)
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
    • Must obtain CDA within 2 years (company-paid)
    • Classroom experience with preschool children preferred
    • $15.50 per hour with an HS Diploma or GED
    • $16.12 per hour with a CDA
    • $16.97 per hour with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field
  • Substitute Teacher
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Classroom experience with preschool children preferred
    • Must be available on-call
    • $15.35 per hour
  • Substitute Bus Driver
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Current and valid Ohio CDL Class B with S and P endorsements
    • Experience with preschool children preferred
    • Must be available on-call, split-shifts before and after school
    • $17.48 per hour
  • Nurse
    • RN with current Ohio license, preferred
    • Minimum of two years experience in health care, required
    • Knowledge of pediatric health care issues and/or prenatal care, required
