The Porsche Warranty Administrator role focuses on managing warranty claims for Porsche dealers, requiring automotive dealer experience to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, accurate claims processing, and supporting dealership training and compliance efforts to maintain efficient warranty operations and dealer cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
• Use proprietary software to resolve dealer compliance issues
• Book, close, and submit warranty claims for payment
• Account for and clear payment discrepancies
• Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules to support dealer cash flow
• Keep certifications current and stay informed on policy updates
• Assist dealerships in maintaining manufacturer compliance

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealer
• Ability to motivate dealership staff
• Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) software
• Understanding of automotive dealership service operations
• Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
• Skill in interpreting technician reports and applying labor codes
• Certification or training with at least one manufacturer

Pay

Guaranteed salary during the first 90‑day probationary period, followed by commission‑based pay. Annual salary range: $45,000 to $65,000. Includes a 6% 401(k) match.
