Porsche Certified Service Technician/Mechanic
About the role
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
Porsche Seattle North serves a passionate, high‑expectation ownership community in one of the Pacific Northwest's most active Porsche markets. Porsche owners are deeply engaged with their vehicles — they know what they own, they care how it's serviced, and they notice the difference between good work and exceptional work. This is a store where a certified Porsche technician's expertise is the foundation of the guest experience, and where your certification tier is the starting point of a conversation about your rate — not a ceiling on your earning potential.
Your certification level sets your starting rate — Bronze, Silver, and Gold are recognized and compensated differently from day one. There's no negotiating around your credentials here. Factory training and certification advancement are supported — the investment you've made in your Porsche expertise is something this store builds on, not takes for granted. Seattle's Porsche ownership community is passionate, active, and engaged with the brand — guests here bring in interesting vehicles and interesting problems, and the technician who does excellent work earns their loyalty and their referrals. Swickard is one of the fastest‑growing dealer groups in the country — ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry. Our HEART values — Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank — define how we treat our technicians and our guests in equal measure.
