Porsche Technician Wanted

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and Certified Technicians to join our team. This is a union position with top industry pay, including an hourly rate plus flat rate pay program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-standard repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and Porsche specifications.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose vehicular issues and verify repair effectiveness.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

EV and Hybrid Vehicle Certifications and Experience are highly desirable.

Requirements

• Porsche Service Technician experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
