Essential Job Functions

• Receives and transcribes orders, answers phones, and sells prescriptions.
• Aids in inventory maintenance.
• Serves as a reference for other pharmacy technicians.
• Mentors employees through training and orientation processes.
• Ledges and implements process improvement and departmental quality initiatives.
• Delivers quality customer service to every patient.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB or NHA certification.
• Registered with the NC Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.
