We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: "Full-time Description Life at Healthy Alliance" (some intro). There's "Why You Should Join Healthy Alliance Benefits" which includes benefits details. There's "Salary range: $85,150-$97,923 per year, commensurate with experience". According to rule: do NOT create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we can include Benefits section. Pay: they gave salary range, but rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state salary range, so we can include Pay section. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Benefits and Pay? But they are separate headings allowed. We'll include Benefits and Pay sections. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, privacy, accommodation, etc. Also remove "This job description is not designed to cover..." maybe considered boilerplate? It's a disclaimer; might be considered boilerplate but it's part of description. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer about not comprehensive listing might be considered legal boilerplate; but it's part of job description. Might keep? Safer to remove? It's not EEO but it's a generic statement. I'd keep it as part of Responsibilities? Actually it's a note about responsibilities. Could be included under Responsibilities as a note. But we can keep as a paragraph under Responsibilities. We need to structure: About the role (maybe from "Who You Are" and description). Responsibilities (What You'll Do, How You'll Contribute). Requirements (What You'll Need). Benefits (list). Pay (salary). Possibly Skills? Could combine Requirements and Skills but we have Requirements includes education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities. Could split into Requirements and Skills but we have both. The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Qualifications maybe covered under Requirements. We'll not duplicate. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like specific tools, etc. Let's extract content. Intro: "Full-time Description Life at Healthy Alliance At Healthy Alliance, our purpose is to improve health and empower communities facing barriers. Every community has its own needs, affecting the health of those who live, learn, work, and play within them. Our network brings together organizations, big and small, to coordinate and collaborate so that all communities have reliable access to the resources they need. Why Because every New Yorker deserves the same opportunity to be healthy. Designated as the Social Care Network (SCN) Lead Entity for the Capital Region, Central NY, and North Country under New York’s 1115 Waiver Amendment’s SCN & Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Program, we are responsible for ensuring that there is a seamless, consistent end-to-end process for screening, navigation, and the delivery of services – including food, housing, and transportation to thousands of Medicaid Members. Transformative in nature, this novel Program will further sustain our vision of cultivating a world wherein everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. As a 2019-2024 Albany Business Review’s Best Places to Work and a 2021-2026 Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Health Care award recipient, we strive to maintain a culture wherein high-performing, mission-driven team members collectively work toward better health for all. Dedicated to promoting a culture built upon autonomy, mastery, and purpose, we believe our differences in strengths and perspectives play an integral role in propelling us forward, while our core values ground us, serving as the common thread that unites our team." That's About the role / organization description. Then "Why You Should Join Healthy Alliance Benefits" includes benefits list. We need Benefits section: list items. Benefits list: - Competitive compensation package - Comprehensive insurance benefits available the 1st of the month after hire, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision, group short-term disability and life insurance with buy-up options, flexible spending and HSA company-contributed accounts, and more - 401K with a company match - Unlimited paid time off after 90 days of employment - Company-sponsored training and certification opportunities - Hybrid work environment, people-first workplace - A workplace that values safety, respect, employee engagement, recognition, and diversity Also Salary range: $85,150-$97,923 per year, commensurate with experience. Now "Who You Are" paragraph: describes role. Then "What You’ll Do" list of duties. Then "How You’ll Contribute" list of contributions (some overlapping). Could combine under Responsibilities. Then "Requirements" includes Education, Professional Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. We need to output sections. Let's craft:

About the role

... (the intro paragraph(s) about Healthy Alliance mission, SCN Lead Entity, awards, culture).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical, social, operational, and community-based data to identify opportunities for intervention, improved engagement, and better outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses that support population health priorities, HRSN performance, regional and network operations, and leadership decision making.
  • Monitor contractual/value-based contract performance related to HRSN services, engagement, referral activity, service completion, utilization, outcomes, and community health worker program performance.
  • Support community health work programs by reporting outreach, engagement, referrals, follow-up activity, care coordination, and community-based outcomes.
  • Assist population health leaders in evaluating community health worker deployment models across regions, populations, partners, and intervention types.
  • Translate business and program questions into reporting requirements, analytic specifications, and user-friendly outputs.
  • Validate, reconcile, and interpret data from multiple internal and external systems with a strong focus on data quality and consistency.
  • Partner with technology, operations, and program teams to improve data capture, documentation consistency, and reporting workflows.
  • Produce clear summaries, visuals, and recommendations that help operational leaders understand trends, barriers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support grant reporting, contractual reporting, payer-facing reporting, value-based care readiness efforts, and external stakeholder updates as needed.
  • Contribute to organizational learning by identifying what is working, where outcomes are improving, and where additional support or redesign may be needed.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Maybe also include the "How You’ll Contribute" points as responsibilities; but they are similar. Could add them as additional bullet points. Let's add:
  • Population Health Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Analyze clinical, social, operational, and community-based data to identify trends, measure program and contract performance, evaluate outcomes, and support population health initiatives.
  • Data Integrity, Reporting & Business Intelligence: Ensure data accuracy and consistency while developing dashboards, scorecards, reports, and actionable analytics that support operational effectiveness, leadership decision-making, and organizational goals.
  • Data Translation, Problem Solving & Insight Generation: Translate complex data and business questions into actionable insights, clear reports, visualizations, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicates analytical findings and partners with cross-functional teams, leaders, and community stakeholders to support shared objectives and improve outcomes.
  • But note some duplication with earlier list. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; not summarizing away detail. If we omit the "How You’ll Contribute" points, we lose that info. So we should include them, maybe as a separate subsection under Responsibilities? But we only have

for section headings; we could keep them as part of Responsibilities list. We'll combine both sets, ensuring no duplication? There is some overlap but we can keep both; it's okay. Now Requirements section:

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, health informatics, health administration, data analytics, statistics, information systems, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
    • Professional Work Experience: Three to five years of experience in health care, public health, social care, population health, informatics, reporting, or data analytics required. Experience working with health care, community-based, operational, or population-level datasets required. Experience with Medicaid, managed care, health-related social needs, Social Care Networks, community health worker programs, care coordination, or care management preferred.
    • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using business intelligence or reporting tools. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytic tools preferred. Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity. Understanding of health equity, social drivers of health, and community-based interventions preferred. Ability to work collaboratively across Population Health, Operations, Technology, Finance, and community-facing teams. Perform all work in accordance with Healthy Alliance core competencies and values.
    Now Benefits section:

    Benefits

    • Competitive compensation package
    • Comprehensive insurance benefits available the 1st of the month after hire, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision, group short-term disability and life insurance with buy-up options, flexible spending and HSA company-contributed accounts, and more
    • 401K with a company match
    • Unlimited paid time off after 90 days of employment
    • Company-sponsored training and certification opportunities
    • Hybrid work environment, people-first workplace
    • A workplace that values safety, respect, employee engagement, recognition, and diversity
    Now Pay section:

    Pay

Salary range: $85,150-$97,923 per year, commensurate with experience.

We should not include Schedule as not provided. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, privacy, etc. Also remove "Your next career opportunity is at Healthy Alliance!" maybe considered promotional but not boilerplate; it's part of description. Could keep as a paragraph under About the role? It's a call to action; maybe keep but it's not essential. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, application instructions. This line is not an instruction to apply; it's a promotional line. Might keep but could be considered fluff. Safer to keep as part of About the role? It's not about role. I'd omit it as it's not substantive info about job. However it's not boilerplate; but we can drop as it's not required. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That line is not substantive about job duties/requirements/benefits/pay. It's more marketing. Could be considered non-substantive. I'd drop it. Also remove "This position involves sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop, and cell phone. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommod
