Pool Utility Attendant

About the Role

Responsible for completing closing duties, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and ensuring proper storage and presentation of china, glass, and silverware. The role emphasizes delivering the brand’s Gold Standards and exemplary service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock work areas
• Inspect cleanliness and practice clean-as-you-go procedures
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Communicate clearly and develop positive relationships with team members
• Perform various physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds and moving over uneven surfaces
• Adhere to company standards and confidentiality

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred (not required)
• No prior work or supervisory experience required
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and manipulate objects as needed
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and team collaboration
