About the role

Café Marquesa is a busy fine dining restaurant in Old Town Key West. We are seeking a team member who can contribute to our dynamic and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to recipes and standards
• Ensure food safety and quality control
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings to discuss operations and training
• Contribute to the overall ambiance and service excellence of the restaurant

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a hotel and restaurant is highly desirable
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Florida Food Handlers Card
• Experience with food preparation and service
