About the role
I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Manage project risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction or real estate industry preferred
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Leadership and motivational skills

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
