Responsibilities
- Manage team schedules and maintain OEG client swimming pools.
- Test water chemistry, balance pH levels, and perform routine cleaning to ensure a safe, sparkling swimming pool environment.
- Inventory control, ordering, and property application of pool chemicals.
- Repair and upkeep of pool cleaning equipment.
- Proper operation of service vehicles and industry equipment.
- Program pool/spa controls and chemical feeders.
- Hire, manage, and train a small team of technicians.
- Complete all assigned jobs in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure daily activity logs are completed and turned in.
- Detect and patch leaks in pool liners or plumbing.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used per job.
- Educate customers on basic preventative maintenance and address any concerns.
- Perform PVC plumbing and basic electrical work as needed.
- Perform pool openings, winterizing, and other duties within the Property Care Division as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Two (2) years of Pool & Hot Tub minor repair experience.
- Two (2) years of Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning & Operations experience (Certification preferred).
- Two (2) years of Customer Service experience.
- Valid and clean driving record with reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.
- 40-hour work week with shift rotations, including Saturdays.
- Able to lift 60 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb stairs.
- Ability to swim is highly desired.

Pay
Position range: $75,000 - $90,000.
