Pool Service Technician

Earn $42K–$62K annually + attendance bonuses working outdoors servicing high-end residential pools and spas.

Responsibilities

• Driving the company vehicle to the customer's location
• Maintaining equipment and parts levels at store and in the vehicle
• Testing swimming pool/spa water chemistry
• Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to correct chemical levels
• Cleaning the swimming pool using authorized equipment
• Replacing globes in underwater light fittings
• Fitting and repairing pipes and plumbing for spas and pools
• Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment
• Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management
• Following Denscot Professionalism Standards as set forth in Denscot Maintenance Manual
• Completing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous experience as a Pool Technician or related field preferred
• Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods
• Extensive knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties
• Extensive knowledge of equipment repairs
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (50lbs)
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
• Professional appearance

Qualifications

Full-time position with the possibility of going year-round. Monday - Friday with Saturday availability starting at 7:00 am with expected overtime.
