POOL SERVER: SEASONAL

About the Role

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at a poolside area, taking food and drink orders, delivering items, and ensuring a pleasant and safe poolside experience. The role involves working in a high-energy, outdoor environment while ensuring guests' needs are met in a timely and professional manner, maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
• Train new team members as requested by management.
• Ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness in the designated serving area, including cabanas, daybeds, and lounge areas.
• Provide menu recommendations, answer questions about food and drinks, and share information about special promotions or events.
• Observe and anticipate guests' needs, checking on them regularly.
• Deliver items to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update the reservation log throughout the day as needed.
• Inform the manager on duty of any guest-related opportunities or concerns.
• Properly use cleaning supplies, including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants, and all-purpose cleaners.

Duties and responsibilities may be changed, expanded, reduced, or delegated by management to meet business needs.
