About the role
Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and Residences is looking for candidates to join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Pool Server. Pool servers will be responsible for cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner, and maintaining the pool area in a clean and organized condition.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
- Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other amenities needed.
- Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing end-of-day revenue reports.
- Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and organizing pool towels.
- Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- Assist guests in seating, offering towels, and informing them of amenities, hotel information, and food and beverage service.
- Wipe down, set up, and move, when necessary, all pool deck equipment.
- Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Requirements
- High school degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
- Ability to work outdoors for continuous periods of time as well as walk for 8 to 10 hours per day.

Schedule
This position is a full-time, seasonal position. Candidates are expected to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment for this position will start in March and end in October 2026.
