Pool Server

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Maintains food distribution, ensuring correct delivery and presentation.
• Checks station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Absorbs all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Familiarizes themselves with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Team player.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Exceeds guest and team member expectations.
• Operates available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
• Flexible working hours and shifts.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation Range: $17.00 per hour.

The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is available for eligible associates in accordance with the Company's Paid Time Off policy.
