Pool Maintenance Engineer
Overview
This role ensures that the resort pools are well-maintained and reflect an image of outstanding quality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all pools, spas, and fountains in resort.
- Maintain safe and proper water chemistry levels in all water features.
- Maintain all equipment associated with pools, spas, and fountains.
- Receive direction for calls via radio.
- Aid engineers and mechanics with repairs.
- Clean all work areas after completing job.
- Fill out Daily Work form.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni House rules and regulations.
- Adjust house music levels using house music controls/fitness room and pool.
- Troubleshoot a pool and spa heaters.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Synergy Program.
- Working knowledge of all pool equipment and water chemistry.
- Maintain proper inventories of all pool related supplies and chemicals.
- Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
- Must have a flexible availability, to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather including rain, snow, wind, and extreme heat.
- Must be willing to subject to a drug screen and MVR background check.
