Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or account executive role with full sales cycle responsibility, preferably in the pool or related industry.
- A proven and verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust in a remote environment, understanding that personalized relationships are key for smaller dealers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience managing complex deal cycles.
- Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Formal training in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, SPIN Selling).
- Deep knowledge of the pool and spa industry market and competitive landscape, specifically relating to builder practices and programs.
- Experience managing accounts that transition between inside and outside sales, and understanding the nuances of these handoffs, with an emphasis on customer-centric transitions.
Shift/Hours
This role is hybrid.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
Compensation
- The hourly pay for this role is $38.00 – $42.00/hour, DOE.
- Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
- Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
- This position is also eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual bonus (paid out quarterly).
