Responsibilities
- Driving your own vehicle to the different pool locations.
- Maintaining equipment and chemical stock at pool.
- Testing swimming pool water.
- Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to correct any chemical balance.
- Cleaning swimming pool using authorized equipment.
- Backwashing all pool filters.
- Reporting faulty pool equipment to management.
- Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management.
- Will be expected to help with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 16 years or older.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Working and reliable cell phone with a camera and photo receiving/sending capabilities.
- Able to follow GPS maps.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Available during the summer, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Typical work hours are 6 am - 9 am but are subject to change. Hours are available 7 days a week. Additional hours possibly available out of our Kansas City office.
- Be Professional. You represent Midwest Pool Management as well as the facility you are working at.
- Wear the required Company uniform while on duty.
- Treat all patrons kindly with respect.
- Keep the pool(s) AND surrounding facilities clean.
- Arrive at work on time.
- Employees are expected to be available a minimum of 18 hours a week and must work at least four weekend days a month (2 Saturdays and Sundays, 4 Saturdays, 4 Sundays, or any combination their in.)
- Mornings, daytime, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours are required.
- Have a positive and productive attitude, and most of all HAVE FUN!!!
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
