Responsibilities

• Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from the kitchen and completing guest requests.
• Prepare smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while providing an accurate and appealing food description.
• Clear and reset tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of food service or related work experience.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts, including AMs, PMs, weekends, and holidays.
