Pool Attendant

As a Pool Attendant, you play a key role in delivering exceptional poolside service while maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all pool guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and furniture
• Ensure guests are promptly offered amenities such as cold towels, water, and refreshments
• Monitor and manage pool towel inventory (distribution and collection)
• Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless service
• Greet and acknowledge guests by name whenever possible to elevate the experience
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
• Assist with ongoing upkeep including cleaning furniture, cushions, and surrounding areas
• Support special projects and operational needs as directed by leadership

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in Housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Regular bending, squatting, and reaching
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, sun exposure, and humidity)
