Pool Attendant (City Lake and Washington Terrace Pool)
Description
Under general supervision, provides specialized secretarial, complex clerical and routine technical support to assigned attorney and management staff, and performs related duties as required.
- Prepares a variety of legal documents, records and reports;
- Processes legal documents, records and reports through County departments;
- Coordinates the preparation of files for attorney staff, pulls files for cases scheduled for review and ensures that all needed documents are included and presented in proper form and order;
- Maintains records and workload case data statistics;
- Obtains legislative information from legal software.
SALARY: $16.25 - $22.74 per hour
AGENCY/DEPARTMENT: District Attorney Legal Management Assistants are represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 721 and are eligible for overtime compensation. The eligible list established for this position may be used to fill existing and future regular positions within the District Attorney's Office. There are currently four positions available.

Typical Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of general clerical/secretarial experience including at least two years of legal clerical experience.
