About the role

As a Pool Attendant at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation moments in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Schedule

Regular full-time position. Must be available for 1st or 2nd shift, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
• Straighten and organize pool area, including chairs, tables, and other equipment.
• Remain aware of situations where guests may not safely participate in activities and inform the supervisor/manager.
• Promote the rules and regulations of recreation facilities.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Participate in pool activities to promote a safe and fun atmosphere for Owners/guests.
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals while following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
