Location: 2975 Arabian Nights Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747 Pay rate: $16.00/hr Shifts: 3pm to 11:30pm Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing great guest service? As a Pool Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering a positive and relaxing poolside experience for our guests. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, safety, and order throughout the pool deck and surrounding areas while providing friendly, professional service. What You’ll Do Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guestsClean and inspect pool bathrooms to meet safety and presentation standardsReplenish supplies and notify management of needed repairs or maintenanceClean and maintain pool and spa tiles according to safety guidelinesDistribute and manage pool towels responsiblyClean, arrange, and maintain pool furniture dailyRemove trash, debris, and potential hazards from pool and deck areasMonitor pool areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environmentInteract professionally with guests and owners, delivering a Gold Crown–level hospitality experienceFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsAttend meetings and training sessions as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required2+ years of hospitality experience preferred; resort or timeshare experience a plus!Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and professional attitudeMust be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust meet company standards of conduct and appearance Why Join Us?
