Responsibilities
- Checking in residents and guests to the pool
- Maintaining the outdoor pool facility and enforcing the rules in accordance with association policies and government regulations
- Supporting staff during community events
- Extending top-notch service to residents and guests
- Offering community information and assisting as needed
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Energy, a great attitude, and strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
- CPR certification preferred
Qualifications
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits.
