Job Summary

Rare Bird is a restaurant within Halcyon, a 154-room hotel in Denver, Colorado. Halcyon was named Denver’s only AAA 4-Diamond independent hotel in 2023 and one of Denver’s “Best Places to Work.”

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining
• Fold napkins, clean and place tableware
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Aid servers with table service, including running food and serving beverages
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner

Requirements

• Prior experience highly preferred
• A proactive and friendly demeanor
• Able to clear flatware and dishware, clean tables and replace linens
