Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests while explaining our amenities
• Offer towels, water, and menus to all guests at the pool
• Deliver food from the main kitchen to pool side
• Offer guests of the pool an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area by removing dirty towels, refilling clean towel stations, and performing general cleaning duties
• Perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service

Qualifications

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Affinity for guest service
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
