About the role
Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection is a luxurious and soulful retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico, offering a range of amenities including a collection of outdoor experiences, historic horse stables, fitness center, pool, and several dining venues.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Set up and maintain pool seating, including towels, umbrellas, and lounge areas
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
- Assist with distributing towels and maintaining cleanliness and organization of pool amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, cabanas, and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- Uphold the standards and service culture of Bishop’s Lodge
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 25 lbs) as needed
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
