What You’ll Do
- Oversee our salt water pool and workout areas
- Ability to multi-task, with exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Setting up pool furniture: chairs, loungers, etc.
- Greet and welcome guests to the pool area in a friendly manner
- Advise guests and ensure rules and safety protocols are being followed
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness of pool, hot tub, change rooms, and gym areas
- Maintain locker rooms and ensure all amenities are stocked
- Maintain the inventory and accessibility of equipment for guest usage
- Able to engage with people of all ages
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and codes to ensure a safe environment

What We Need
- Physical capability to lift, stand, push, pull, and bend as required to meet job demands
- Prior experience working with the public or operating fitness equipment is advantageous, but we also consider a combination of training and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge
- Personal discretion, respect for guest privacy, and professionalism are fundamental qualities for success in this role
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
