About the role

A Polysomnographic Technician 2 performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions under general supervision of the technical supervisor. This role ensures the smooth flow of patients and polysomnographic studies within the department, accommodating patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis
• Maintains high quality standards in accordance with TJC, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Association of Sleep Technologists, and Baptist Health Systems
• Ensures the flow of patients and polysomnographic studies in the department
• Accommodates patients of all ages

Requirements

• Graduate of a qualified BRPT approved polysomnographic program
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
• Basic Life Support certification
• One year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• High School, GED, Trn, Exper.
• BRPT Registered Polysomnographic Technologist

Pay

The estimated pay range for this position is $25.37 - $32.98 / hour depending on experience.
