Polysomnographer - Full-Time Night
About the role
Performs routine and complex polysomnographic procedures including MSLT, MWT, correlates and compiles diagnostic data and applies therapeutic modalities as necessary to patient's condition.
Responsibilities
- Scoring, scheduling, upkeep of electronic and paper files
- Database activities
- Departmental quality improvement
- EMU equipment troubleshooting
- Takes call for routine EEGs on a rotational basis (EEG work does not apply to Medford)
Requirements
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Upon hire/start date:
- Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist License
- Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist/Respiratory Therapist License
- National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists
- National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
