About the role
Gain valuable experience in political advocacy and community engagement through this temporary part-time hybrid internship. The intern will support the Michigan Chapter's initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and executing chapter events and campaigns
- Research and compile data on local political issues
- Support outreach efforts to community members and stakeholders
- Help manage social media and online communications
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Strong interest in politics and community service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms
- Knowledge of basic research methods
