It addresses the challenge of measuring market share and understanding consumer behavior by providing predictive analytics and a data platform built on extensive, high-quality datasets accumulated over six decades.About the OpportunityThe Policy & Training Analyst supports the Integrity Program by managing global policy governance and compliance training initiatives. This role translates complex compliance requirements into clear policies, practical guidance, and accessible learning experiences for employees worldwide. The position contributes to maintaining strong compliance standards, improving employee understanding, and strengthening the organization’s ethical culture.Responsibilities• Manage and improve the policy governance framework, including ownership, review cycles, approval workflows, version control, and document consistency.• Oversee the global library of policies and guidance, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with program priorities.• Serve as the internal point of contact for the policy management platform, supporting workflows, reporting, and user experience.• Collaborate with policy owners and subject-matter experts to coordinate policy development, review, approval, and maintenance.• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve the quality, consistency, and scalability of policy management.• Monitor external regulatory guidance and recommend updates to policies, processes, training, and communications.• Design and maintain compliance training and educational content that is practical, accessible, and employee-focused.• Partner with Learning & Development teams to manage compliance training programs and platforms.• Develop microlearning, refresher training, communications, and job aids addressing key compliance risks.• Customize training content for diverse audiences and localize communications for a global workforce.• Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning materials and evaluate their effectiveness.• Manage reporting and dashboards related to the Integrity Program and support program assessments.• Support culture-building initiatives by integrating ethics and compliance into learning and employee engagement programs.• Establish standards and workflows that support a consistent, scalable, and effective compliance learning ecosystem.Requirements• More than 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, legal operations, policy governance, learning and development, program management, or a related field.• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.• Proven experience managing or improving policy governance processes, including ownership, review cycles, approvals, version control, or policy management tools.• Experience designing, developing, or managing compliance or corporate learning content, including instructional design and employee communications.• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex compliance topics into clear, practical guidance.• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.• Familiarity with compliance training platforms, policy management systems, reporting tools, or related technologies.• Experience identifying opportunities for automation or AI-enabled improvements is preferred.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
