Primary Responsibilities
- Manage, plan and direct the execution of the contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
- Brief leadership on program progress, status, and achievement of milestones.
- Be the primary interface customer(s) on technical and project issues.
- Maintain awareness of the customer’s mission and any potential impacts to that mission.
Required Qualifications
- CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.
- Four years of experience as a project manager.
- Experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings.
- Experience overseeing or guiding portfolio/program performance, resource planning.
- Experience with acquisition/procurement strategy to include vendor management and enterprise licensing concepts.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.
- Experience with Al architecture patterns (model hosting, vector search/RAG, data pipelines, APIs, orchestration).
- Experience briefing senior leaders and driving cross-team delivery.
Pay
$159,100 - $194,400 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation
- KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
