Policy Services Representative

About the role

Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to policy-related inquiries via multiple communication channels, assist customers with policy changes, payments, and coverage questions with professionalism and accuracy, resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed, maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity, support call center performance goals related to customer satisfaction and service excellence, ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to policy-related inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Aid customers with policy changes, payments, and coverage questions
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity
  • Support call center performance goals related to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of recent contact center or call center experience
  • Active Florida 20-44 P&C Personal Lines Agent License or 90-44 Non-Resident Personal Lines License required
  • Homeowners insurance experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
