Policy Services Manager

On-siteOTHR$76k–$95k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB)" which is organization description, not necessarily a section heading. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to extract substantive content: organization description, job summary, essential functions (list of duties), supervisory responsibilities, administrative and reporting functions, tribal youth delegate program coordination, policy planning and coordination, project management and coordination, policy operations and service delivery, stakeholder engagement and technical assistance, compliance and quality assurance, research, evaluation, and information coordination (though cut off). Also we have salary range and benefits listed. We must not create sections with filler. So we need sections like About the organization? Not in list but we could use About the role? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those headings if appropriate. We have content that maps to Responsibilities (essential functions), maybe Qualifications/Skills (knowledge/skills mentioned), Benefits (given), Pay (salary range). Also maybe About the role (job summary). We should not create sections that are empty. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions list), Qualifications/Skills (knowledge/skills required), Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Schedule? Not given. So we omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not put

    Policy Services Manager

    . We'll start with maybe

    About the role

    containing job summary paragraph(s). Then

    Responsibilities

    with
    • list of essential functions (maybe grouped). Then

      Qualifications

      or

      Skills

containing required knowledge/skills: advanced knowledge of executive coordination, meeting and event management, program administration, project management, strong skills in documentation, shared staff supervision, cross-department coordination, handling confidential information, professionalism, sound judgment, ability to manage competing priorities, etc. Also maybe education? Not specified. So we can put those in Skills. Benefits: Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance, Retirement Contributions, PTO, and Paid Holidays. Pay: Initial Salary Range: $76,000 – $95,000 annually. We also have location, classification, status, etc. Could be folded into a short

under About the role or separate? The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph after About the role containing location, classification, status, reports to, etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the organization description (About NPAIHB) maybe as part of About the role? Could be separate section like About the organization but not in list. However we could include it under About the role as introductory paragraph. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings. So we can put organization description in a

under About the role before job summary. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The text didn't have that. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections we create have content. Now we need to extract the essential functions list. The posting has many bullet-like paragraphs each starting with a bold heading like "Tribal Health Policy Excellence and Success", "Supervisory Responsibilities", "Administrative And Reporting Functions", etc. Those are headings within essential functions. We could treat each as a list item? Or we could create a

        with each major duty as
      • . The instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert the duties into list items. The headings themselves could be part of the list item text. Thus we will produce a
            with each duty as
          • . We'll need to capture the substance of each duty paragraph. Let's list them: 1.
