Job Description And Duties
Under administrative direction, reporting directly to the branch chief, the Manager II manages the day-to-day operations and provides supervision and support to managers and staff of the Office of Patient Advocate, Administrative and Management Services, and the Policy and Governance Group. These programs are responsible for the personnel services, office operations as well as policy and stakeholder engagement activities. As a member of the OHI leadership team, the Manager II takes an active role in supporting the implementation of OHI's strategic direction to meet its programmatic goals, and leads efforts to implement internal policies and procedures and external programs.
This position is subject to the Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests filing requirements, which requires disclosure of certain personal economic interests as determined by the Conflict of Interest Code of the Department of Health Care Access and Information. Pursuant to Government Code section 81008, Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests is public record and will be made available for public inspection.
Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) hours each month.
