About the role

The role is responsible for managing internal and external communications, maintaining office equipment, and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including email and phone interactions.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
